Sports Injury & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in Dublin 2
Move better. Build strength. Return to what you enjoy.
At Dublin Sports Injury Clinic, we assess and treat a wide range of muscle, joint, tendon and ligament problems. Whether your symptoms started during sport, at work or in everyday life, we help you understand your injury and build a personalised recovery plan.
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from our care. We support runners, gym-goers, recreational athletes and people who simply want to move more comfortably.
Conditions we help with include:
• Knee pain: tendon problems, ligament injuries, meniscus-related symptoms and rehabilitation after surgery
• Shoulder pain: rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder and rehabilitation after shoulder surgery
• Ankle and foot problems: sprains, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis and rehabilitation following fractures
• Hip and groin pain: joint-related symptoms, tendon problems and muscle strains
• Other injuries: elbow and wrist pain, hamstring and calf strains, and recurring sports injuries
Our approach goes beyond pain relief. We assess your movement, strength, activity demands and goals, while considering recovery factors such as sleep, stress and overall health.
Your plan combines appropriate treatment, progressive exercises and practical guidance. We monitor your symptoms, strength, mobility and everyday function to help you progress towards work, sport or independent exercise.
Following surgery or a fracture, rehabilitation is adapted to your stage of healing and any medical restrictions.
Our goal is to help you stay active, rebuild confidence and develop the strength and independence to manage your health.
