Lower back pain can be a debilitating and painful condition. Fortunately, staying physically active may be the most effective and cost-efficient way to soothe or prevent it. Research shows that doing a combination of strength and aerobic exercises and stretching two to three times a week can help prevent and ease lower-back pain.
Here is a daily stretch routine for a tight lower back. This routine can help you to improve your mobility in your hip and your lower back. You should try this routine daily at least once and if your lower back bothering you, I would suggest trying this routine at least 2 times a day.
